Sonia Bompastor

Sonia Bompastor has been head coach of Chelsea Women since the start of the 2024/25 season, arriving after three seasons in charge of Lyon. The former France international defender has extended her contract at the club through to 2030, reflecting the club's confidence in her project. Bompastor has continued Chelsea Women's run of domestic success while working to develop the squad's approach in Europe.
