Chelsea vs Wolves Player Ratings

Goals from Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Cucurella, and Noni Madueke ensured that the Blues ended a poor run of five games without a win. While the likes of Cole Palmer weren’t at their usual best, others stepped up to secure all three points for Chelsea in a 3-1 victory over Wolves.

Strictly Chelsea takes a look at the player ratings from the game:

Chelsea vs Wolves Player Ratings

Robert Sanchez – 3/10
It was another error-prone display from the Chelsea goalkeeper. His mishandling of a cross gifted Wolves their equalizer, adding to his growing list of costly mistakes.

Reece James – 7/10
Despite limited game time this season, James was sharp and solid defensively. His performance reaffirmed his position as Chelsea’s first-choice right-back.

Trevoh Chalobah – 8/10
Returning from a loan spell at Crystal Palace, Chalobah looked immense at the back. His composure and leadership were key to Chelsea’s defensive stability.

Tosin Adarabioyo – 8/10
The center-back continued his impressive form with another goal. Adarabioyo’s defensive partnership with Chalobah showed promise, especially in Levi Colwill’s absence.

Marc Cucurella – 7/10
While not his best performance this season, Cucurella stepped up when it mattered most, scoring a crucial goal in the second half to restore Chelsea’s lead.

Moises Caicedo – 7/10
With Enzo Fernandez and Romeo Lavia sidelined, Caicedo held the midfield together. Despite a first-half injury scare, he delivered a strong display.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – 6/10
The midfielder showed flashes of quality and assisted Cucurella’s goal. However, his lack of match sharpness was evident at times.

Noni Madueke – 7/10
Madueke added Chelsea’s third goal, capitalizing on Chalobah’s header to seal the win. His creativity and energy caused problems for Wolves’ defense.

Cole Palmer – 6/10
Palmer had an unusually quiet game, failing to make a significant impact. It was surprising to see him remain on the pitch as long as he did.

Pedro Neto – 5/10
The winger struggled to make an impact in an unfamiliar role. His lack of productivity led to an early substitution.

Nicolas Jackson – 6/10
Although Jackson’s goal drought continued, his off-the-ball work was commendable. He did find the net, but the goal was ruled out for offside.
