Estevão: “I Want to Win All the Titles Possible”

New Chelsea signing Estevão has declared his ambition to “win all the titles possible” with the Blues as he begins his journey at Stamford Bridge.

The 18-year-old Brazilian, who completed his move from Palmeiras this summer, made the bold statement during his first official club interview after arriving in London.

The highly rated teenager joins Chelsea with 86 senior appearances under his belt and five Brazil caps to his name.

Despite his youth, Estevão already carries a maturity and focus that aligns perfectly with Chelsea’s growing project.

“I want to win all the titles possible: the Premier League and the Champions League as well,” he said, laying out his long-term goal in blue.

His arrival comes at a time when Chelsea is already riding high from a historic 2024/25 season. The club celebrated five major trophies at a special presentation at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, with the men lifting the UEFA Conference League and Club World Cup, and the women clinching a domestic treble.

Captain Reece James, speaking at the same event, also referenced the club’s upward trajectory, saying: “This season we’ve taken a big leap in the right direction… we hope we can bring some more silverware to you soon.”

Unsurprisingly, Estevão was not short of potential suitors while at Palmeiras. Yet he decided Chelsea was the right club to develop and showcase his talents – and he has no doubts it was the right choice.

He said: “Their plans, the structure and the club. Everything. But mainly the plans and the project the club has is what interested me and my family, and I think it was the best decision we could have made.”

Joining a club rich in Brazilian history, Estevão was inspired by legends like Willian, Ramires, and Eden Hazard, and aims to write his own story in west London.

Now fully settled at Cobham with his family and eager to embrace the Premier League, Estevão is expected to feature during Chelsea’s upcoming preseason fixtures against Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan this weekend.

He joins a wave of exciting new signings including Jamie Gittens, Dario Essugo, João Pedro, Liam Delap, Jorrel Hato, and the return of Andrey Santos from a loan spell at Strasbourg. Estevão could also be joined by Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig and Alejandro Garnacho, with Chelsea reportedly showing strong interest in both players.
